And this is an add-on effects kit for Circuit Sticker Starter kit, which makes your LEDs fade, blink, twinkle or pulse a heartbeat rhythm. There are 1pcs for each effect.

Building circuits with them is fun and easy — just stick them onto a surface like you would with a normal sticker, and build up a circuit by sticking several stickers together and adding a battery.
